H.E. Daw Zin Ma Aung, the Union Minister of Foreign Affairs for Myanmar’s National Unity Government, held a public meeting with the Myanmar diaspora community in Sydney on 16 June 2024.

The Union Minister discussed about the ongoing efforts of the National Unity Government in the areas such as politics, foreign affairs and diplomatic relations. During the discussion, the Union Minister candidly answered the participants’ questions on the current situations of the revolution and the alliance relation, her expectations during the trip to Australia, and the future plan that has to be done.

The public meeting also celebrated the 79th Birthday Anniversary of State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi by holding the activities such as singing, poem reciting and praying for her birthday in advance.
